The management of FiT is glad to announce the very first edition of the Fair International Tournament (FIT)! The tournament will start somewhere in September, and will take approximately 10 weeks. FiT Will be a tech tournament played in teams (4vs4). The tracks vary from 35 to 55 seconds and will be played in Team rounds. The tracks will be custom made for the tournament, and picked by us. The tracks won't have mods and no music.

Prizes:
What would a tournament be without prizes! Every team that ends in the top 8 will receive a prize!
You can win the following prizes:
A domain for 1 year x2
A Trackmania server with 32 slots for 1 month x1
Lots of coppers.
1st place: First pick for domain or TM server + 10000 Coppers
2nd place: Second pick for domain or TM server + 7500 Coppers
3rd Place: Third pick for domain or TM server + 6000 Coppers
4th place: 5000 coppers
5th till 8th place: 2500 coppers.
Sign-up:
The participation in this tournament is completely free. Sign-up will start the first of July, and will end the first of September. We are happy with every team that registers. There are also a couple of rules bound to signing up.
Rules:
• Your team needs to have at least 5 active players.
• The spokesman of the team needs to speak decent English and enter a valid e-mail address.
• You have read the rules, and you accept and respect them.
If all these things are okay, there should be no problem signing up.
Mappacks:
The tournament will have a total of 15 maps. So this means 9 Maps for qualification and 6 maps for the finals. So there will be 5 map packs in total.
The schedule will look as following:
Round Mappack
Qualification 1 : MP 1
Qualification 2 : MP 2
Quarter finals : MP 3
Half finals: MP 4
Finals: MP 5
The publishing dates of the mappacks will come in some time. All the tracks will be put on tmx and we will also run a FiT-Train server with the current mappack.
Train Server:
As said, there will be a public Mappack FiT server to practice the current mappack. The server is located in Netherlands|Noord-Brabant. For the users that only have TMNF, here are the links: tmtp://#addfavourite=tfcserver and tmtp:///#join=tfcserver. You are free to use this server as long as you behave good. There will be admins on the server to maintain a good server.
